Not unless something has changed since the last time I was there.  They don’t even track play unless you’re staying there and they want to make sure you are putting in enough hours to get the poker rate. Tipping is king, and will move you to close to the top of the waiting list.

He must be using a different definition than the ones of which I am aware.
